*Fraternity and Sorority Recruitment Registration Form Fall 2024

Welcome to the Fraternity & Sorority Life RamPulse page!

We are happy you are visiting. The form below will allow you to pre-register for fraternity/sorority recruitment. Doing so will allow us to answer any questions you may have and serve as a Grade Release Form for the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life in order to do the required grade check that is needed prior to joining a Greek Organization. In addition, please contact Rachael Meads at rmeads@shepherd.edu should you have any questions/concerns.

Eligibility Requirements
The minimum cumulative GPA in order to associate with a chapter is 2.75 on a 4.00 scale on all high school coursework for new and entering students and is a 2.5 on a 4.00 scale on all undergraduate coursework for returning Shepherd University students and transfer students

By filling out this registration form and submitting, I give permission to the Fraternity and Sorority Advisor(s) to check my Grade Point Averages to determine if I meet Shepherd's criteria to join a social fraternity or sorority at Shepherd. Should I choose to join a chapter, I give my consent to release all of my applicable high school, semester GPA, cumulative GPA, semester passed hours and cumulative passed hours to the officers for the applicable organization and its advisors as well as the National Office of the organization. The grade check will be based off the record of the Shepherd University Registrar’s Office for your official High school GPA, Semester GPA, semester passed hours, cumulative passed hours and/or cumulative GPA that Shepherd University has on record from the semester prior to the current semester or your association with the Fraternity or Sorority.
